Dispatch & Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 3-5 business days from our Brisbane warehouse.
During busy periods or new product launches, please allow an additional day or two for processing.

If you need an order urgently, please reach out to me directly. 

Shipping within Australia

All orders are shipped using Australia Post or Sendle.
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on total order weight.

Australia Post Express Post

• flat rate $25

Australia Post Standard Parcel Post

• flat rate $15

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
You can follow your parcel’s journey directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

Delays or Missing Parcels

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number first.
