We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Send an email to greenwattleco@outlook.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo.
We’ll review it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand things don’t always work out. If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is provided

You cover the return postage costs
Please note: for hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on food-related items (such as lunchboxes, cups, or chopping boards) that have been used or unsealed.
Sale Items
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
How to Return an Item

Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked service, we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
